Purposes of the treatment: The purpose of the treatment is to manage the personal data of the Interested Party so that the interested party can develop the training activities in the IBV online campus, issue the certificates of the corresponding training activities carried out and the administrative procedures necessary related to the provision of training services developed or contracted.

Legal basis of the treatment: The legal basis of the treatment is the contract, the legitimate interest in the case of contact persons and the consent granted by the interested party, as the case may be, when completing the contact form. The consent, in case this is the legal basis of the treatment, is always revocable.

Recipients of the data: Unless IBV must communicate the data of the Interested Party to the competent public administrations due to the matter in compliance with legal obligations, the data of the Interested Party will not be communicated to other third parties nor will it be transferred to other countries or international organizations. IBV is solely responsible for the processing and will only allow access to personal data to data processors by means of a contract for the processing of ancillary services related to the processing of data for authorized purposes. The data will not be subject to international transfers either.

Data retention period: IBV will keep the data of the Interested Party while the purpose and legitimate basis of the treatment is maintained and the interested party does not request the deletion of the same, as well as during the terms established in the current regulations for compliance with legal obligations and attention of possible responsibilities.

Rights: The Interested Party can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of treatment, revocation of consent and portability, by sending a written request to IBV indicating the right exercised and providing a photocopy on both sides of your ID or legal document identifying your identity to the following addresses:

Likewise, the interested party is informed of their right to present a claim in Spain before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (www.agpd.es) as well as to request information and guardianship regarding the exercise of their rights before said agency.

Prior to submitting said claim in the Spanish Agency for Data Protection and in a totally voluntary manner, the Interested Party may contact the data protection Officer.
Likewise, in accordance with the regulations on electronic commerce, you have the right to revoke your consent without retroactive effects or oppose the receipt of commercial advertising communications by email, requesting it through rgpd@ibv.org.
